topsy turvy cake

Hi friends. Feeling good to blog again after a while. I was on a trip. I have quite few cakes to upload, but i cant wait to upload this topsy turvy cake which i did last week for sweet little girl called Keerthana. So myself and my friend(keerthana's mom) were discussing and designing the cake for more than a month. Atlast i said whatever i feel like will do it. So is the outcome of the cake. Both Mom and Dad were overwhelmed with the cake. Though was tough to do this cake with in two days, i was quite excited to see the outcome myself especially with the colors. There is nothing beyond your true friends appreciation. I love and personally thank all my friends who is so encouraging. Once again thank you my friends.

This cake is for three children celebrated their birthday on the same day as their b'day falls on the same month. The bottom tier is for a graphics loving person, second is for a computer loving person and a third one is for a girl who loves hannah montana. Mother called me up to tell that they all had great fun and felt so happy about the cake especially the taste of the cake.













This cake is for my best friend's daughter. The theme is to match the invitation and other stuffs used for the party.
















Overall i was pretty satisfied doing all the cakes as usual. Thanks everybody.

Enjoyed doing all the cakes as usual. The heart cake was a surprise gift from the hubby to wife on her b'day.




















A scooby doo cake for a boy. The boy was absolutely happy with cake and especially with the edible figures.








































The above cake is for a 1 year old girl. Really had fun doing this cake. I was quite happy with the little fairies turned out.

Hi all, these are the few cakes with no repetitions. It is almost a year i have been blogging. Feeling so happy about it. Today i should not forget to write few things about my startup in caking. My First and foremost inspirer is Mrs. Mary Selvakumar who was so generous enough and Patience to teach me the baking techniques. I love the way she explores in baking and when she left this country for good she gave her own valuable recipe book to me. I would love to thank her whole heartedly.

And the day when i started my blog, i started getting comments from my fellow bloggers who is the great support for me to come up with more creations. Thank you so much everybody.
